Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Dancewear and costumes may be returned and exchanged if an incorrect size has been purchased and if the original tags are still attached. Refunds will be issued if items are faulty. Earrings, underwear and tights cannot be returned for health reasons. Items need to be in original packaging.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Refunds/Exchanges must be made within 14 days of invoice date.

HOW do customers return items?
Return items with a copy of the invoice via Australia Post or contact us for a location address.


SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping rates are not refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense unless an item has a manufacturing fault.

CREDIT for returns?
Customers are credited via PayPal or direct deposit to a bank account or the credit card used for payment.

Packing materials?
Items need to be in orginal packaging for returns.
